Types we supply
Integral blade
Milled from a single steel forging, for directional and straight-hole drilling, near the bit or up the string, in soft to medium and abrasive formations.
Replaceable sleeve
A one-piece 4145 heat-treated alloy mandrel with ample tong space for recuts, and a sleeve that changes out quickly on the rig floor.
Non-magnetic
Available for integral blade string and near-bit stabilisers.
API connections
Regular, NC, H90 and PAC connections to API Spec 7-2 and API RP7G. Other connections are available to meet specific needs.
Phosphate coating
All connections are phosphate-coated to improve resistance to galling.
Stress relief
API pin stress relief groove and box boreback, machined to API Spec 7-2, to decrease the frequency of fatigue failures.
